Non-paying bidder

I sold an item last Sunday and have invoiced twice but I've had no contact from the buyer at all. I've just sent another email asking for payment by 5 pm tomorrow (so that I can relist tomorrow evening if they don't want it). Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before ebay will get involved? Or can I open a dispute then relist it straight away?

Ok, thanks. I was hoping to put it back on tomorrow night if they haven't paid by then but I'll have to wait. It's really annoying when they don't pay. This one has 155 feedback so you'd think would be more reliable.

Do you find they pay up once the dispute has been opened?
