a really upsetting transaction - what do I do?

I recently sold a bumbo for ..wait for it: £3.00 because it was pick up only. Anyway, the husband emailed me asking if his wife could pick it up late one evening on her way back from somewhere, between 10 and 10.30pm.

I was a bit shocked but agreed, saying no later than 10 please. Anyway he called that evening to confirm and we had a friendly conversation in which he said "her baby is in the car so would you mind taking the bumbo to the door/or out?" i said ok not really thinking about it,
when the obnoxious woman arrived in her giant merc she pulled up outside my house, I ran downstairs and she waited double parked in her car with the window rolled down for me to come running out in my pyjamas (i had also just had a shower) in the FREEZING cold with my slippers across the pavement
arrghh! I was so cross, but didnt say anything - just silently handed the bumbo over.
Furthermore for the bargain bumbo AND delivery service, they havent left me feedback and thats nearly 2 weeks ago.

if they dont leave feedback will it result in a negative mark? Should i email them to say that she was rude?

you certainly shouldn't email to say she was rude - how was she rude by the way? you (daftly, obviously) agreed to do it the way he asked you - what did she say that was rude?

just send a polite email asking if they wouldn't mind leaving feedback - a lot of people only do their feedback when they have a whole lot to do

Don't ask for feedback i agreed for a collection and got a neg as they thought i wasn't very pleasant , think it was 3 dc crying / fighting around me!
If they don't leave feedback it won't result in a neg mark but don't chase it as they could neg you for being silent etc!!

Don't agree to pick up - thats my advice - more trouble than it is worth.

She wasn't really rude tbh - the husband called & asked first & you agreed. I would of personally said no if I was unhappy with that time of collection (which I would have been as I'm in bed by then lol)

Don't go chasing feedback as that tends to hack people off, some people only leave feedback once a month or so, I often log in to find someone has left me feedback from a transaction made a month or so a go.

I sold an immaculate like new pram on Ebay, kept the buyer in loop, updated her with tracking numbers when it was collected, advised when it would be delivered etc etc & didn't get so much as an email saying thanks let along feedback - that's just how it goes on Ebay.

Forget about it & move on

Also, feedback is voluntary, the buyer has no obligation to give you any at all. Or maybe they felt YOU were rude, and have decided not to leave any rather than give you a neutral/negative. If you ask for it, they may leave you bad feedback.
