i sold an item on ebay which ended on 1st November and auction stated paypal only for payment. the buyer asked if they could pay by postal order and i accepted but pointed out that auction clearly said paypal only.
Buyer marked as payment sent on 3rd November and i still haven't received payment.
twice i have messaged buyer asking when i can expect postal order and have been told on both occasions it has been posted.
buyer than not responding to messages so i opened a case in resolution centre.
i get a message on 20th Nov from buyer saying they want to pay by paypal and are waiting for funds to clear. nothing to date.
what should i do next? I want to avoid negative feedback if possible.
please help.

Well you're clearly being messed around, if she was going to make payment I think she would have done so by now.

You have 2 options, the first is complete the non-paying dispute, get her a strike and you your final value fee back. The trouble is, as you know, she may well neg you. The other is just to cut your losses and re-list it.

I've not been filing non-paying bidder disputes since the new feedback system came in as Im too worried about getting bad feedback.

I always give a non-paying strike, and have had no negs

thanks for that. If i relist the item can she give me neg. feedback?

I would do a non payment rather than relist first just in case she decides to pay up.
