Sold a buggy and had the option to post or collect. Buyer chose to collect.
She has emailed me saying 'will be collecting Saturday at 2.30pm'.

The thing is, I dont want her to collect Saturday, for one, I wont be home (mn xmas do so will be at a m'netters getting pissed ready) and two, even if I was home I wouldnt want to give part of my weekend up to wait for someone to arrive.

So, do I have to allow her to collect when she wants?

I think you have to find a mutually convenient time.

Having said that, if you don't bow down to her wishes, she'll probably leave you -ve feedback and you can't do anything about it.

No you dont just say sorry that is not convenient. I have done this before and had no problems they just e-mailed back giving me her phone number so we could arrange a time to suit us both.

Soup, she is a new ebayer, no feedback at all. Im not too fussed about having a neg but like I said, I wouldnt be home anyways so nothing she can do really.

I have emailed her saying I wont be home then but shes not replied...
