Ok- "sold" webcam this afternoon (never opened, stuck in box for over a year) Numpty-buyer has now emailed me to ask what other payment I accept as they don't have Paypal. (am in Italy and only accept Paypal- clearly stated on insertion) I obviously want rid of this person, the bidder below only bid 50c less, so it's no real loss....The winner has 1 f/b only and the email said something like "you must post it tomorrow as i need it urgently".
How long do I have to wait before cancelling that bid and offering it to bidder n2 (mrSensible lol)

If stated clearly in the auction tell them they have to pay by paypal, or you will sell to 2nd highest.
They are messing you around, and should have asked you before they bid, or bid on someone else's camera who accept other payment methods.
