Parcel not arrived

I bought a book off someone on ebay. They said they posted it on saturday afternoon but it has still not arrived.

Is it too early to chase it up? if it never arrives but they say they definately sent it, do I have a leg to stand on or do I basically just say goodbye to the money I paid for it?

I recently waited nearly 2 weeks for something to come from ebay. The seller was adamant that they had sent it the day after the sale, but I got increasingly dubious about it.

However, when the errant parcel turned up, the seller was right. The dates were right on the stamps, it had basically been lost for about 10 days. Even the postman looked sheepish about it.

I'd wait a bit longer before doing anything.

call your local sorting office to see if it is there - postie doesn't always leave a card. Or, - ask your neighbours if it has been posted there in error.

keep your seller in the picture and if you don't get it ask for a refund. the seller can claim from RM. If you don't get a refund, open a dispute and you will get a refund from paypal.

was is sent second or first ?
a few of my second parcels have been taking 4-5 days

RM make you wait 15 working days before you can claim so the seller won't be able to claim yet.

I would give it a little longer as the mail is appaling at the moment - things are takes aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages to arrive

It'll start getting worse as of late next week with the Xmas mail piling up too!
