How do I send an invoice with a reduced postage for 2 items?

Buyer has bought two items from me - I have reduced postage as requested but can't amend the invoice. Everytime I manually change the invoice it just reverts back to the original postage cost.

So, how do I send an invoice for the new total amount? I've said to the buyer that she can just pay me through paypal without going through ebay iyswim but she wants an invoice.

I can't find anything about it on ebay community so thought I'd try trusty mn wisdom!

are you clicking the refresh/ recalculate thingy?
try just ticking the two items, recalculate and then entering the new postage amount. Don't 'recalculate' again.
