How do i verify my paypal account so i can sell items on ebay ?

It won't let me sell saying i need to verify.
I have authorised my cc linked to paypal and have entered the 4 digit numbers do i also have to authorise my bank account as well ?

doesn't it do something like send you .01p and you have to send it back

Yes go to your paypal account and it should say (somewhere) 'get verified), paypal will put a payment into your bank, you have to give them a number (which is with the payment), can take a while if you don't bank online.

I think you have to upgrade your account to a premier account to sell as well as buy, if you haven't done it already.

Custy is right about the sending silly amounts back and forth but they have to instigate it as part of the set up process.
