Can i leave a response to an unfair neg on my feedback so can people can see it ?

Thanks a buyer has called me 'an unpleasant all round ebayer' not sure why and hasn't contacted me just left me a neg is there anyway i can respond to it on my feedback as had 100% with over 130 transactions before.
On looking at her 'poitive' feedabck she does this often and we unlucky sellers can only positive her and leave our explanation there!

bubblerock thanks that looks really good and a bit of help for the seller.
Although am a bit wary to ask them as feel like they are completely unreasonable.
Have had no response to my email to them or my feedback left so guess they not bothered!
