Insufficient postage - Can I claim?

Item I won arrived but with insufficient postage I had to pay the extra postage plus £1 handling charge and go to office to collect (Not easy with 4 LO's)and distance to collection office.

Have contacted seller who is aware they didn't have enough postage apparently they have done this to other buyers who accepted 50p towards the cost they had to pay and she wants me to do the same.

It's her mistake why should I pay extra? I have already paid £1.50 postage in the first place and she just bunged on a first class stamp and hoped for the best.

Can I claim via ebay?

you can however neg her, especially as she does it all the time. I really would like to be warned about such sellers!
