Buyer in Australia. £8.49 GBP she says $20 AUD will cover it. Is that right?

She did a BIN on an item last night and has emailed to say that she is just waiting for Paypal to be set up and is asking if $20 AUD will cover the cost of the item which is £8.49.
Is that right?
Doesn't paypal just convert the cost for them?

Paypal converts for them as far as I can remember -

If not just do a currency converter in google it's quite easy

exchange is about 2.4 well it was when i flew back 2 weeks ago
8+8+4= 20 so a little over probably

If she does it in Paypal then she should just pay in pounds.
