Legoland Windsor Tickets - Don't they know it's closed until March 09?

Legoland Windsor is now closed until March 2009. Yet I found sellers selling Tesco Clubcard Legoland Windsor tickets which according to the tickets were valid for entry until an expiry date in Jan 2009.

Would you report this to eBay? Would they actually do anything, or is it buyer beware?

report. even if the seller hasn't realised, it's still wrong.

I've reported them. One didn't have any bids, but another had 3 bidders... it's unfair on those bidders to bid on something they can't use.
