Courier claim help please

I sent a Biorb using Parceltree couriers, the carrier was DHL. Anyhow the biorb got broken on route ao I looked on parceltree and it says that I have to claim via them that I can't go direct to DHL.
I have emailed them 4 times over the last week for a claims form and still nothing. It will be 2 weeks on Thursday since the packaged was recieved and apparently thats my deadline to claim for a damaged parcel.
What do I do I can't get a response from Parceltree and there is no phone number!
Any advice?

Up till now I have had no problems with them, looks like they hide when a problem occurs!
It was £25 I have lost then. Would PayPal be able to do anything?
I suppose they would only cover the cost of the delivery and it was delivered.
Is it worth contacting DHL or won't they even entertain it?

I don't think you'll get very far with DHL at all as it wasn't booked direct through them.

You could always try writing to Dom at 'Don't Get Done Get Dom'

I think you're right in what you said about Paypal too - although you could request their contact details through Ebay & try ringing them?

I didn't get the courier service through Ebay, I did it direct on the web site so can't get deatils via Ebay.

Oh gosh, this happened with a pram I sent with a third party booker, think it was balloon and gift. I put in a claim and she sent it off and heard nothing, so she didn't chase it for me - it was awful, I'd have wrung their necks but she just let it go!

Sorry not to offer more hope. I will always go with parcelforce now (senditnow) which is a bit dearer.
