someone has only 2 feedbacks, 1 was negative fd re unpaid, bidded my item but its been 3 days ...sent email but really dont think this bidder is serious and believe this bidder is a time waster, anyway, does anyone know how i can get my listing fee refund? or can you? and how about Final value fee? how do i get refund from EBay?

I know u can only open a case 7 days after auction ends, any advice re what to do will be greatly appreciated.

Really pissed off by unpaid buyers!

Yes you need to wait 7 days. After that time you can 'report an unpaid item' from the listing page. Its at this point that I re-list the item. You will get a final value credit after a further 10 days if the buyer doesn't reply to the dispute. You won't get your listing fee back Im afraid.

You can re-list whenever you want to, but unless you are sure the buyer will not pay (they have been de-registered or told you they won't be paying), it is only fair to give them 7 days to pay.
