You can offer for them to return it to you for a full refund but they have to pay the postage.
Likely the low sale price will put them off doing this!

sorry meant buyer.
Do you think so Jack ?
Knowing my luck they will send it back and i will be out of pocket oh well having a bad ebay day all round today !

Well im guessing the winters in Czech republic are colder than here so maybe its isnt suitable but it is suitable for a UK winter and you did state UK sale only.

Personally i'd say shes trying it on i'd post on the ebay forum see if any of the regular sellers can help with advice. Definately dont refund until the coat is back in your hands.

I think as you have been selling a bit on ebay recently most buyers will look at your overall feedback and not worry about one bad one amongst the many. I would expect anyone who sells regularly to have occasional bad feedback - some people you sell to are just damn unreasonable.

Thanks WW can only see what happens!
Am sure it's as cold here up North as in the Czech Republic

Ohh I havent been up North much, too cold and I cant understand the accents (LOL)

Ooh yes the ebay forums have lots of very experienced people on.
If she does post it back, she has to pay the postage and you only have to refund her the 1.99, NOT the postage that she paid you I think.
Re-sell on ebay or put on sale board on MN! Good luck

no - a refund consists of the full amount paid which of course includes the p&p. If item is faulty or not as described then the seller should refund the return postage too
