Struggling to upload my pics - HELP PLEASE!

As its free listing day on ebay I thought I'd have a good clearout and get rid of loads of unused stuff. I've just spent about an hour taking loads of pictures and now I cant upload them because they are all over 4mb - how do I get them smaller?

Hmmm...the easiest way is to take the picture at a lower resolution in the first place.

Alternatively if you have image editing software you simply make the image size physically smaller.

I think there is a third option where you buy/download sowtware to do it for you. I have no experience of this though.

I have managed to get them into the Kodak Easyshare we have but cant seem to upload them from there onto ebay. Maybe just need to draft the listings now and add the pics later when I get back from work.

I am totally useless at photo editing and that!

I recommend decreasing the image size to 640480 (or 480640) pixels in your software and then re-save. This should reduce the file-size.

Not familar with Kodak easyshare though so I am not sure how to talk you through the details. I think there are a number of ways the software could do this...not all would change the file size. Again as I am not familiar with this software I am not sure how Kodak does it and wether this would solve you problem.

If your pis are in Kodak easyshare, keep that on the screen then click onto my documents and drag the pics you want from Easy share into 'my documents'. This is how we do it and it works every time. let me if you have trouble, I will read messages again tomorrow.

Sorry for wrong info yesterday, my other half tells me that you have to drag them into 'my pictures', not 'my documents'!!
