Bought item advertised as boys actually girls should i ask for refund?

bought a pair of bog standard denim gap dungarees in the boys items section.....photographed from knees up.

item has arrived but they are boot cut with a side split at the bottom..and hence look very girly (they absolutely must be) they are for aged 2 so my ds isn't going to be bothered but grrr i will! they are very nice but not as described/advertised

payed 99p and £2.75 for postage

would you bother or pass them on to someone else?

I would probably pass them on to someone else - but I would email the seller and the feedback I left would depend on her response...

were they described as boys though? actually in the listing?

email the seller, and see what they say

resell them yourself on ebay but also email seller and double check ad i been caught before misread ect not saying you have but easily done
