What happens after you file non payer dispute ?

Item bought 18 Sept dispute filed on 26th Sept. What do i do now if still no contact from buyer ?

You have to give the buyer enough time to respond to the dispute - I think its something like 10/14 days. If they don't reply or don't come up with a reasonable explanation you will get your fees reimbursed and they will receive a non-payer item strike. If they receive something like 3 strikes they are prevented from purchasing/bidding on eBay.
