I emailed her to suggest that she pay less postage (£4 for both instead of £3 apiece). She didn't read/receive e-mail until after she had paid the £6 postage through paypal. She sent a nice e-mail saying it doesn't matter but should I refund her the two pounds and how easy is it to do through paypal? Don't particularly want to make a profit on postage IYSWIM

click on her transaction on paypal, at the bottom it will have a refund link. click on it, then do a partial refund.

You can go to her payment, click (at the bottom) "refund payment" then on the next screen it will ask you how much that you want to refund, whether a full refund or part of it. I've done it before now...
