Bought a gorgeous antique locket about 2 years ago from an antique jewellery dealer who trades on Ebay but also has a shop somewhere, but I never wear it, and in the current climate I think I want to sell it as I could do with the cash.
I asked him to buy it back but he said he could only pay trade prices and my best bet was to resell it myself.
Is it OK to say in my description that it was bought for "x" amount from "x" seller, 2 years ago, to reassure buyers of it being authentic etc?
