I was selling some boots on ebay and only chose the UK, 1st class post option. Postage charge £5.99

Anyway they went today and when I checked the order details, the buyer is in Germany! And she paid straight away. But, she paid £7 for postage and packing instead of the £5.99 I stated.

What do I do? where are all the normal buyers? I hate it when you get a faffer

Weigh them get postage costs online for Germany quite easy then mail her and tell her what the difference will be in price if any!
Not sure how she can just guess the extra cost but make sure they cover cost of postage so your not out of pocket!
