Cash on Collection?

Someone has asked me if I would agree to cash on collection. Is this a bad idea?

NO - VERY good idea - don't allow paypal as they can claim it back again after collection. No paypal fees, excellent decision!!

I would be ok with cash on collection. Just be aware that they might try and barter to end up giving you less.
They probably wouldn't, but some people can be crafty!
Is it alot of money?
