I cant list anything because I keep getting a message saying that my paypal account needs to be verified and linked to my ebay account.

IT IS!!! They have agreed that it is!!!But I keep getting the same message and the same ridiculous trite standard response from customer service.

They are BLOODY IDIOTS

I had this - try logging out and clearing history and cookies. It sorted it for me.
