Am I being too stroppy?

I sold 2 items of clothing (seperate auctions) to the same bidder (who had no feedback) on the 30th August. After two days she finally sent me a message asking for my address so she could send a postal order.

I have still not received it even though in this time she has managed to gain 4 positive feedbacks all saying what a quick payer she is

I sent her a message yesterday asking if she's posted the postal order yet and had no reply so I've just sent her anothr message saying:

"It has now been 9 days since you won this auction and I have still not received payment. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours I will be forced to report you to ebay as a non-payer. If you have sent the payment please let me know. If you no longer want the item, please also let me know as soon as possible so I can re-list. Thanks".

So am I being too arsey? I think I've been patient considering?

9 days is a long time to wait, I don't think your email is unreasonable.
Do you accept paypaL? Just wondering if that is why she has 4 other fb saying she has paid fast.

Yes I do, I much prefer paypal and even asked her in the first place if she had paypal and she ignored the question.
It seems though that she's paid everyone else instantly so must have used paypal.

sounds like she i smaking excuses. I'd file the NPB.

Id start the ebay dispute now tbh

Just a thought- been caught out myelf when I paid on a multiple payer and for ome reason one seller was left off an i didn't notice, still no idea why paypal dd that.

I wouldn fle the NPB, but be sensitive to ansers... also if she isn't answering e-mail she may be ill / broken PC etc
