Won a DVD & its a copy, what do i do?

Won a DVD last week, got it today and it is a copy and was only in a sleeve not case.
Went to email seller and he is no longer registered.
What do i do? And will i be able to get my money back?

I would report it to ebay and see where that goes also if you paid via paypal you should report it to them too! if you did pay via paypal, I dont see why you shouldnt get your money back. HTH

Yeah did pay by paypal. Does it not matter then if they are no longer registered?

Im not sure but its well worth a try in getting your money back! surely they would have registered a bank account with paypal, maybe they can take it from that for..

Thanks, have opened disputes both with ebay and paypal.
