Received item (over 2 weeks late) and item is totally unuseable/broken so opened dispute. Seller has been useless through out and only replied to emails twice.

Seller then has 9 negs in a week, now no longer registered. Did he do this or did ebay kick him off? How will that now affect the paypal dispute? I got my item but can't use it, others paid but did not get their item, we've all been conned.

Any experience of this anyone?

if you have filed a dispute, ebay and paypal should still have contact details to get a refund for you. Hopefully! I've bloody given up buying stuff off it there's far too many scammers out there!!!

If you've not escalated the dispute to a claim, do it now. Stress that the item is not usable. I won a Little Tikes car and when I got it, the front wheels were bent, complained to seller, then they deregistered and I opened a dispute, escalated straight away, and got my money back.

Have escalated it now, only ever had one dispute before and that took a month.

Seller obs got everyone's money then scarpered without sending most of the stuff. How do these people sleep at night? So annoying as even if paypal do tell me to return it for a refund I still have to pay to return it 12.99 so have paid out and still have no item...grrrrrr...
