Well its a percentage.
So if you have only sold two things and got negs for both, then your feedback is going to be 0% positive.
If you have sold 1,000 things and got 2 negs then it will be 99.998%

and even then, ebay arent that straight forward. 2 positives or negs from the same person count only once. and neutrals dont affect your % but can make working out the total difficult.
