Are Kids Shoes OK to Buy From EBay?

I am watching 3 pairs for my 4 year old and they all look really nice. All say good wear - but I've asked about the soles.

I've bought some nice shoes from Ebay and been pleased with them - but, like everything bought 2nd hand through the web, it's a risk you take.
Pay by Paypal and then at least you have some protection if they turn out not to be as described.

got them today, in lovely nick. Bit more wear on the sole than I would have preferred but I'm v happy. Bought some snow boots as well today.
