I bought a P&T pannier bag from Ebay the other day.

It was on BIN for £4.99 as the seller stated it had a 2-3 inch tear that needed sewing.

Bought it as thought no problem I can stitch that.

It's arrived today & it reeks of ciggerette smoke, there is actually 2 rips (I can repair both I'm sure) there are one or two small holes, the material is marked & a bit faded & the material where the pull cord bit is is really badly worn.

So......do I email the seller or just keep my trap shut & cut my losses as it was only £4.99??

I wuld talk to seller as it isn't really that great when they don't mention everything.
Yes, low price, but still all the things wrong shold have been mentioned...
also, maybe put into feedback that item was not as descriped, etc...
