Can I use a Solo card?

I have bought a few items on ebay over the years, but now I would like to start selling. Does anyone know if I can use a Solo card to set up a seller's account? I don't have any other cards. I have looked at a lot of info on the ebay site this evening and my head is now swimming, and I still don't know the answer!

Paypal doesn't seem to like my solo card!

I did apply for a prepayment card last night though - after 4 years of cash only it looks like a good option. i don't think I would ever want a credit card again, but I do miss the ease of online shopping, ebay etc
