I had to report an unpaid item as someone bought my pram and then didn't pay or contact me to arrange collection.
It's been more than seven days since I opened the dispute with nothing from the "buyer" and I've checked it today and it says it's elligible for credit and that the FVF credit has been granted, but the dispute status says "action needed by other party"
What do I do now to close this dispute and get my FVF credit? there is nothing I can click on that would take me to the next step in the process.
ebay have just invoiced me for the listing as well.
