so what happens if you bid and don't pay?

I'm just curious to know what happens to people that bid on stuff with no intentions of paying for it. Since they can't even receieve negative feedback anymore, is there any deterant for it? I know you can "report" them but what does that do exactly?

I think it's three counts and you are out.

yeh negative feedback, then u get reported an investigation goes out with the seller.buyer and ebay. If the seller wins then they get a refund. If someone gets too many negative feedbacks and goes under a percentage then their account gets suspended. I should know mines just been cut off :-( very sad and pissed off with my other half for using my account grrrr!
