Person with 0 feedback won an item and has so far not paid or returned emails...this is my last message to him:

You won this item 3 days ago and I have still not received payment. Could you please send payment within the next 24 hours otherwise I will relist the item and report the matter to ebay.

Sounds fine to me...........You have given them three days to pay... just a thought are they away on hols? I spose if they are then they shouldnt have bid on things! Good Luck!

Buyers have 7 days to pay for an item. If after the 7 days you haven't received the money then that email is fine.

You have to wait 7 days to relist, otherwise you are breaking ebays rules
