am just clearing out laods of odds and ends, and anyhting that sells is a bonus really.

Perhaps you could tell them to send a little money to your fave charity as goodwill for getting a bargain?

I bought a CD at Christmas from a really sweet bloke who took about a week to post it (I wasn't even beginning to worry - had just put it down to it being Christmas - hadn't emailed him about it or anything) and when it arrived he had put a fiver in with it to say sorry for the delay!
