I won payment on collection item on ebay this afternoon.

The seller has just contacted me to say that the item was advertised for sale elsewhere and sold for more than my winning bid, so is no longer for sale.

There there was nothing in the listing that mentioned the item was advertise elsewhere,Where do I stand?

I can only suggest you report them to ebay

Thanks, I have just emailed seller to voice my annoyance

I will report them to ebay next

report them as a non-performing seller. If they get too many of these, they will get kicked off ebay.
