Someone wants to buy and pick out outside of ebay

I was contacted by someone who wants to bid on a DVD I am selling.

Thing is he doesn't have a paypal account so if he wins the auction he wants to pick up the dvd and pay for it in person. It's only on for 99p! It seems daft coming to collect and pay 99p.

Plus the whole point of me selling stuff on ebay is to top my paypal acount up continuously so I can buy the kids stuff for christmas with it.

Should I say no?

If he lives close by, I don't see the problem (I'd go a couple of miles out of my way to get a DVD I wanted for 99p). I've paid cash and picked up in person before (admittedly normally for large things where postage would have been ridiculous). He'd still be bidding through eBay, presumably?

i often pick up if i live close by. SAves on postage.

Qhat does your listing say?

if it says paypal only, then you can refuse but if it ofers a pick up then i think you should honour that

Why would they want to pick up a dvd!?

I've sold a lot of baby stuff where people have collected and paid cash.
