Received fake items-what else should I do?

Bought 3 Nintendo GBA games for ds1 birthday and they arrived today.

First one didnt work and when I did an internet search I realised that 2 of the games are actually fake games - were never issued by Nintendo. The 3rd game I know is a real game but I am unsure obviously whether this is a copy now.

So I have emailed the seller asking for a refund and issued a refund claim through Paypal.

Is there anything else I should do or do I just wait until I hear back from the seller?

They have very good feedback rating btw.

Agree with knickers.

If they were advertised as the real thing, you should have no probs espically if you paid through paypal, therefore you will have proof that you paid for these items and they you have been mislead.

Don't except any co-operation from the seller - they knew what they were up to and more than likely will ignore your emails and try to plead innocent.

Don't worry about leaving negitive feedback for the seller. Im sure you are aware that sellers are no longer allowed to leave any feedback for their buyers unless its positive.

Best bet is to hold out for paypals investigations. Also email ebay on their site about this sellers dishonesty - we have done this before and they do (though they do take their sweet time) follow up such requests.

Hope this helps and good luck !
