As in I don't want to pay the fees obviously. Do I report the fucker first and do they cancel the fees? Not had this before.

If its a hacked account you will get your fees refunded, if he doesnt pay file a non-paying bidder claim-same result.

In future you can put a "Pay immediately" on your auction so it cant be sold till its paid for, IYSWIM

WRT the fees, be CAREFUL.

DP sold then didn't sell a car on ebay, and they tried making him pay fees for it even though the buyer cancelled, you would have to do an unpaid item dispute and follow the instructions properly then they should give you your fees back.

DP ended up having to send about 3o emails and speak to them about 10 times before they agreed he didn't need to pay the fees.

He also has no feedback at all and only registered on ebay today.

I would be extremely surprised if he genuinely wanted all 3 items!

email other bidders to say its still for sale, and take ebays advice.

It just annoys the seller by screwing up the auctions. I'd relist immediately so you don't lose any potential viewers on a Sunday night. When you relist, go via 'relist this specific item' on the auction page, then anybody who was watching it before will have it automatically readded to their watch list again.

The only thing with the pay immediately option is that then they have to pay via Paypal, so you have to pay their fees. I'm also reluctant to accept PP for items being collected as you have no trackable 'proof of postage' if they do a chargeback.

You can require bidders to have a Paypal account linked to their Ebay account which does limit non-payers somewhat.

Sorry you've had such a horrible experience.

You need to notify ebay and paypal if you're sure the bidder is bogus.

The last thing you need is for them to pay via Paypal with a stolen credit card or something equally dodgy.
