Recently a handful of items and they all got posted the same day. I've got one person saying they never received the item and would like a refund. I don't mind giving a refund but I checked the feedback they have left for others, and on every page (of the 4 pages) there are bits of feedback saying never recieved item, got refund etc. Also a couple that they did receive but it says took a long time to arrive.
The feedback wording is very young sounding, sometimes swear words used (but in positive way) and short text speak. Just worried that this person MAY be getting refunds for things they HAVE received iyswim.
WWYD? Give a refund anyway? I was all set to do that until I saw just how unlucky this person is with not receiving items.
