I haven't bought - or sold - anything for quite some months.
Last time I looked I had 100% feedback - now it is 93.8%.
Apparently this is because your percentage is now calculated by dividing no of positives + neutral + negatives ...... and I had ONE, yes, one, neutral. A neutral which described me as a "good ebayer" and thanked me for item ...... so it was probably a mistake, but at the time, I didn't bother to query it because it didn't effect my 100%.
Thanks very much eBay for moving the goalposts and now giving prospective buyers the impression that there's something wrong with me. Okay, I know people can drill down into feedback comments, but not all of them are going to bother to do that are they ?
