goods not arrived, help

I bought some bike brake pads for DH, payment cleared last Tuesday, seller confirmed this in an email. Goods still not arrived. What do I do? I was thinking of emailing the seller (they have a shop on ebay) but how do I tactfully say where the hell are the brake pads? Help please.

Just ask when they were sent and ask for the tracking number. Their problem! If it goes on, file a non-received item dispute.

Thanks, I am new to ebay. These were the first things i purchased and paypal wasnt set up properly and would only let us pay by echeque. I emailed the seller and explained situation and that it had been sorted and they said they would dispatch goods when payment had cleared. They have emailed to confirm that payment has cleared and the goods will be dispatched but that was last Tuesday! I will try and email them thatnkyou
