Echeques - these are really fecking annoying!

I bought a buggy last night, need it quickly, went to pay and it would only letme use echeque, no other options. Now I have to wait for gawd knows how long til i get the buggy and really wanted it for Monday to use Tuesday. Is there any way around this?

Just to add, I'd not have bothered buying it if I'd known it wasnt instant payment (no bad history with Ebay or Paypal and plenty of funds available etc so don't get it!).

Any chance of cancelling Echeque and sending postal order??

Sadly not as they need payment today. Theyve been really good - I rang them, and theyve cancelled the echeque whilst I sort something else out - have actually bent over backwards so Im really pleased. Looks like it'll all be ok (fingers crossed!)
