BEEN LEFT MY FIRST NEUTRAL :( BY MISTAKE BUYER WANTS TO CHANGE IT CAN THEY?

as they have written excellent beside it and then emailed saying oops sorry left a neutral meant to leave positive!

can you tell me how to tell them to change it if its atall possible??? as they have asked me how to change it but I dont KNOW !

is it possible for a buyer to change their feedback????

pretty annoying

they can't change it.

from the latest announcement in ebay messages is the following -
"At the same time, buyers and sellers have told us they want to be able to change negative or neutral Feedback if a problem is resolved. We?re now developing a new Feedback-withdrawal mechanism that will allow negative Feedback to be withdrawn in some circumstances ? we hope to have this in place before the end of the year."

the buyer was dead apologetic wasnt looking and pressed the wrong button

it says excellent beside tho so hopefully folk will realise its a mistake eh >

I think there is a way of ebay changing it. I had a buyer who was new to ebay leave me a neutral because he thought that was what he was supposed to do . I wasn't worried at the time, but now thay have changed the feedback system, I now don't have a 100% because of that one neutral!
