New to Ebay. How long do you wait for Feedback before chasing?

Hi, I have only just signed up to Ebay and have bought 5 items in the last 2 weeks.

All were paid for via Paypal within hours of Auction end. The first 2 sellers gave me feedback immediately after I left theirs (as soon as items received). Another left me feedback as soon as I paid - before he posted item (is that normal?), but one item I received a week ago and left positive feedback on, but have not had any back.

As a newbie I would like to get some feedback built up, so do you ALWAYS get feedback, and can you chase if not received, and if so, how long do you wait?

do not chase for feedback, it just puts the seller's back up and you may not get any. They may do it, they may not..

agree dont chase. i tend to do feedback all in one go so some people wait a couple of weeks, other get it within 24 hours. sellers are often normal people too, its not always a business

It's just that being so new I was logging in daily (to see how auctions going) and then watching Feedback was just as fun

I will leave them alone.

Now, what else can I buy........
