I bought something and realised it was in worse condition (not much) than described, but enough that I didn't want it. I asked to return it and the seller said that's fine. So I sent it recorded.
It was delivered the next day (Tuesday) but I didn;'t hear from her. I emailed her about another item, hoping she'd mention the thing I sent back, but got a reply just now with just the answer about the other thing, no mention of my returned item.
I have emailed straight back asking if she has received it, as the tracking says it was delivered, but no response...should I be concerned? It was a paypal payment, so could raise dispute if necessary, but don't want to - she did seem very nice initially.
What would you think? I'm baffled. Maybe she is waiting to have some other money coming in before she refunds me, but I'd expect her to say item received, at least...?
