My used nappies keep being rejected

I've listed a pack of 5 Kooshie/Kushies Ultra on ebay twice now & on both occasions they have been rejected. I've been sent an email stating this, but can not understand why mine are rejected, but other, seemingly identical nappies are selling ok.

Any ideas ? I've got stacks to sell !!

Ebay no longer allow second hand nappies so you'll have to word your advert carefully

Piffle · 14/06/2008 21:13

ad them as new but in listing ask buyers to email you for items details
I did this and loads do, to circumvent ebaalso worth listing on buy now putting used in the listing but not in ebays details form.
buyers do understand I email post sale to clarify though

what pixiefish says

or you could try selling them here at used nappies

The site is getting more and more traffic and I've bought a few bits and have some I'm ready to list.

thanks - I've looked at other listings though & they are detailed as used. I am wondering if it's something to do with a world wide listing ?

I had a baby walker on there once which was rejected & the reason was they are illegal in Canada - I'd forgot to tick the sell to uk only !

nope it is to avoid pervies as they like to buy "used panties" apparently and thus used ckth nappies fall under this wtf?
crazeeeeeeeee

American nappy users petitioned ebay successfully to allow used nappies to be sold again, but ebay UK still won't entertain the idea.

we obviously have a higher number of pervs than in the US

or british sensibilities are easily offended by used nappies!

I bought some listed as prewashed before that were definately pre-loved, but that was kind of reflected in the price.

I don't get this at all. If I was advertising used nappies on Ebay I'd be doing it for the money mostly. I'm not at all sure I'd care if it's another mother buying them or a perv (how likely is that? ). We're all adults - who cares?! I even had a used nappy wrap delisted a while back. They might as well take all used clothes off there while they're at it.

Piffle · 14/06/2008 22:18

yeah like me not selling a few used nappies is gonna stop pervsfrom being pervs huh
yep....
