Basically a buyer bought an expensive dress at the very end of april I was very patient and waited over a week for payment as she wanted to fund her credit card do not blame her I will only purchase through paypal to protect myself too.
Item was packed and posted and sent recordeded first class.

She has e-mailed me today to ask for her money back as it is ill fitting and poorly made and one of the free accessories was damaged. It is over 5 weeks ago and I was very diligent in taking lots of pictures as I packed it.

What happens now I think she has worn it and damaged it and has buyers remorse where do I stand if she starts a dispute with ebay or paypal?

I had a buyer claiming that my item was not as described (patently was as described), and she opened a Paypal dispute. They looked at the evidence, and found in my favour.

Def sounds like she's worn it and doesn't want it anymore

I wouldn't worry to much (easier said then done).

Let her open a dispute as I doubt very much they would find in her favour as it's been over 5 weeks & they would take that into account & look at the listing etc.

Sounds very much to me like she has worn it & now wants her money back.

either that or it just doesn't fit her and wants her money back. Having said that why wait 5 weeks. Unless she'd been away on her hols. Thinking out loud now.

did you list the make of it ? if it's poorly made, it's not your fault, in the same way as general wear & tear is.

I would say, unfortuantely the dress is as described & you will not be offering a refund.

ill fitting is hardly your problem, either- she's the wrong shape for the dress!

pretty sure you gotta file paypal dispute claim within 30 days....

buyers like this are the reason i stopped using Ebay.

i agree with the others, she's taking the piss.

i wouldn't offer her a crumb.
