I cannot get into my account , have emailed to get assistance and have not received any replied, althjugh have received a customer support questionnaire asking how their service was

I actually need to speak to someone as I do not appear to be getting emails to queries that I have asked .

I really do need to get into my account .

Couldn't use that number as I didn't have the 'right' sort of account , but lady told me about Live Chat which I have just done - Fraudently activity on my account !
