I have received a lovely dress, but smaller than size in auction. What feedback should I leave?

BNWT - So tags in dress and on inside of dress all say the same. Lisiting was for a larger size.

Luckily I can squeeze my norks into it, and it is nice. Hopefully I won't cough in it and they heave themselves out!

I don't want to return it. But I feel abit annoyed and their silly error and want to leave accurate feedback.

I'm thinking of leaving neutral feedback and say item listed wrong size but everything else was OK.

What do you think?

contact seler frst.
they may have sent out wrong one?

There was only one in their listing. But that's a good idea, I will do that before leaving feedback.

If there is any problem with an item please contact the seller before you leave feedback. The seller may not know they have done something wrong until you contact them so it would be unfair to leave negative/neutral feedback until they have had the chance to rectify the situation.

I have emailed asking if they have sent the right one.

If they say YES, what do I do then?

Take a photo of the size labels and send it to them showing it is not the same as the one in the auction.
If you say you have a sister/daughter/friend that can get in it, they might refend the postage rather than have to have return/refund!

If you're happy with it, I'd leave a positive. I would also email the seller and let them know they made a mistake, but it's turned out ok, so you're happy to leave positive feedback. That way they can double check next time. If you like it, I think it'd be a bit mean not to leave positive feedback.

I'd also email a pic to point out the mistake.

Im glad I emailed seller. The seller offered a full refund and offered to cover postage costs. I;m not sending it back. I am going to diet and hopefully it will be a better fit in a few weeks.

I have left positive feedback in the knowledge that the seller was honest and was willing to correct their error.
