i sold 2 summer dresses to a woman who then comtacted me to say she had left her computer on at work and someone bidded on them when she didnt know. she doesnt want them.
i am sick of this happening and want to say something to her, but dont know what.

tell her to get hte money off them

Tell her you know she's talking crap, invoice her for the cost of putting the items on the(as we put it) Bay!

Dear Ms Buyer. Perhaps your work colleague would be kind enough to go a step further and pay the invoice I have sent you. I would also suggest that your colleague make it up to you by taking you out for lunch - maybe buy you a porky pie or a whopper?

seriously, all you can do is go for the mutual withdraw from sale and get your fees back. Inform her that she is now on your blocked bidders list so that her colleague, cat, budgie, milkman can't bid on her behalf again
